How Can Emotions Cause Recurrent Problems?

Emotional memory can be stored at the time of physical injuries. As an example, if someone has a car accident where someone else has driven into the back of their car understandably they’re angry that it occurred, at the same time as experiencing this emotion they sustain a whiplash injury.  This is treated and resolved.

However the neck pain continues to recur periodically and the trigger for the onset is unknown; it doesn’t seem like they have done anything unusual to set the pain off.  However, what can go unnoticed is the emotional trigger.  Whenever this person gets angry it can set off the neck pain as the emotion and the physical pain has become entwined by the body and mind. By carrying out the ACCESS protocol this link can be identified and balance restored.
